Any activity or operation which receives inputs and converts them
to outputs is a process, which covers almost all product and/or service activities
and operations. For organisations to function they have to define and manage numerous
inter-linked processes.
Under UKAS rules,
we are not allowed to offer consultancy services or recommend particular consultants
or companies to help with your ISO implementation. However, we do come across consultants
who implement quality systems, so please feel free to contact them for advice and
a quotation and judge for yourself.
